[摘要] 目的 觀察并研究双歧三联活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2017年1月—2018年6月该院收治的小儿腹泻患者88例为研究对象，将之按照随机分组的原则，分成实验组(n=44)和对照组(n=44)。实验组采用双歧三联活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗，对照组采用单纯的蒙脱石散治疗。观察两组患儿的临床症状改善时间，并对其治疗效果加以分析。结果 实验组患儿的体温恢复正常时间为(1.2±0.4)d、排泄恢复正常时间为(2.2±0.5)d、呕吐腹痛缓解时间为(1.2±0.3)d，对比对照组的(2.4±0.5)d、(4.3±1.1)d、(2.3±0.5)d，组间差异有统计学意义(t=12.431 2、11.528 4、12.513 5，P, 百拇医药

 Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Bifid Triple Live Bacteria Combined with Montmorillonite Powder on Pediatric Diarrhea

 [Abstract] Objective To observe and study the clinical efficacy of bifid triple live bacteria combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children. Methods Eighty-eight children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled in the study. They were divided into experimental group (n=44) and control group (n=44) according to the principle of randomization. The experimental group was treated with bifid triple viable bacteria combined with montmorillonite powder， and the control group was treated with simple montmorillonite powder. The clinical symptom improvement time of the two groups of patients was observed， and the therapeutic effect was analyzed.
