 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of CBCT imaging system in root canal therapy.  根管治療术(Root Canal Therapy，RCT)是临床口腔科疾病常见治疗方法，指口腔科医生采用专业根管治疗器械彻底清除感染的牙髓组织及毒性分泌产物，从而清理、消毒根管，给予严密充填，防止感染物及细菌的侵入，从而保存患牙。然而，由于受到多种因素的影响，根管治疗术后极易出现其他疾病，影响临床疗效[1]。近年来，随着影像学技术的发展，锥形术CT的发展，愈来愈广泛用于口腔临床中，尤其在钙化、遗漏根管检测中得到广泛应用。
