[摘要] 目的 探討舍曲林、氟西汀治疗老年脑梗死后抑郁的疗效与安全性。 方法 方便选择该院2015年1月—2016年2月收治的60例老年脑梗死后抑郁患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，其中氟西汀组30例，舍曲林组30例，观察期为4周，用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)进行治疗前后的评分。并对两组患者治疗安全性进行分析。结果 经过4周治疗，舍曲林组痊愈22例，有效5例，有效率为90.0%;临床痊愈率73.3%;氟西汀组分别为13例，8例，有效率70.0%，临床痊愈率43.3%;两组疗效比较，以舍曲林组显著较高(χ2=6.007，P0.05)，血尿常规、肝功和心电图均未发现有临床意义的改变。 结论 舍曲林及氟西汀治疗老年抑郁障碍均安全有效，而舍曲林是更好的选择。

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of Sertraline and Fluoxetine in the Treatment of Depression in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of sertraline and fluoxetine in the treatment of post-cerebral infarction depression in the elderly. Methods Sixty elderly patients with post-cerebral infarction depression who were convenient admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups， including 30 patients in the fluoxetine group and 30 patients in the sertraline group. For 4 weeks， the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and the Side Effects Scale (TESS) were used to score before and after treatment. The treatment safety of the two groups of patients was analyzed. Results After 4 weeks of treatment， 22 patients were cured in the sertraline group， 5 patients were effective， the effective rate was 90.0%; the clinical cure rate was 73.3%; 13 patients in the fluoxetine group， 8 patients， the effective rate was 70.0%， the clinical cure rate 43.3%; the curative effect of the two groups was significantly higher in the sertraline group (χ2=6.007， P0.05)， and no clinically significant changes were found in hematuria， liver function and electrocardiogram.
