[摘要] 目的 探究有手術适应证的不稳定桡骨远端骨折采取保守治疗与手术治疗的效果分析。 方法 方便选取2017年1月—2019年1月该院接诊的不稳定桡骨远端骨折的患者100例作为研究对象，将就奇偶法作为分实验组、对照组的依据，各组患者为50例，外科手术治疗手段应用于实验组患者中，保守治疗应用于对照组患者中，对比桡骨短缩程度、掌倾角、尺偏角、PRWE评分、不良反应发生率。 结果 对比患者的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨短缩程度变化情况，实验组患者改变与对照组患者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比PRWE评分，实验组(34.19±2.88)分vs对照组(42.81±2.05)分差异有统计学意义(t=17.242 1，P0.05)。 结论 有手术适应证的不稳定桡骨远端骨折，采用手术治疗和保守治疗均可达到较好的临床效果，可促进患者康复，根据患者的临床表现选择适当的方式治疗。

 Analysis of the Effect of Conservative Treatment and Surgical Treatment on Unstable Distal Radius Fractures with Surgical Indications

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of conservative treatment and surgical treatment on unstable distal radius fractures with surgical indications. Methods A total of 100 patients with unstable distal radius fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were convenient selected as the study subjects. The parity method was used as the basis for the experimental group and the control group， and 50 patients in each group were included. Surgical treatment was applied to the experimental group. Conservative treatment was used in the control group to compare the degree of humerus shortening， palm tilt angle， ulnar angle， PRWE score， and adverse reaction rate. Results The changes of palm tilt angle， ulnar angle and sacral shortening were compared. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05). The PRWE score was compared with the experimental group (34.19±2.88)poitns vs control group (42.81±2.05)poitns， statistical significance(t=17.242 1， P0.05). Conclusion Unstable distal radius fractures with surgical indications can achieve better clinical results by surgical treatment and conservative treatment， which can promote the rehabilitation of patients and choose appropriate treatment according to the clinical manifestations of patients.
