[摘要] 目的 經尿道电切术在泌尿外科治疗中的临床应用分析。方法 方便选取2017年7月—2018年7月期间该院的78例前列腺增生患者作为该次研究对象，在常规治疗的基础上对患者进行术前综合评估，选择适宜的时间对所有患者实施经尿道电切手术，对比治疗前后的生活质量评分、前列腺症状评分、最大尿流量对比，以及手术成功率。结果 78例患者手术平均时间为(60.9±19.3)min，术中平均出血量(123.8±82.1)mL，手术成功率100.00%;生活质量评分对比，治疗前平均(4.41±0.89)分，治疗后平均(5.77±1.09)分，差异有统计学意义(t=7.113，P, 百拇医药

 Clinical Application of Transurethral Resection in Urological Treatment

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical application of transurethral resection in urology. Methods A total of 78 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from July 2017 to July 2018 were conveniently selected in this study. Based on routine treatment， patients underwent comprehensive preoperative evaluation and selected appropriate time for all patients. Urethral resection， comparing quality of life scores before and after treatment， prostate symptom scores， maximum urine flow comparison， and surgical success rate.
