[摘要] 目的 分析96例精神分裂癥患者不同药物治疗后心电图变化情况，为临床安全用药提供参考依据。方法 方便选择2016年1月—2019年1月期间淄博市第五人民医院收治的精神病分裂症患者96例为研究对象，按不同用药方案分为A、B、C 3组，每组32例。其中A组口服氨磺必利治疗;B组口服阿立哌唑治疗;C组口服氯氮平治疗。治疗8周后，比较三组患者治疗前后心电图异常情况。 结果 3组患者存在不同程度的心电图异常，其中A组患者心电图异常率为21.88%，B组患者心电图异常率为28.13%，C组患者心电图异常率为59.38%，A组与B组患者心电图异常率明显低于C组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.328、6.349，P, 百拇医药

 Analysis of Electrocardiogram Changes in 96 Patients with Schizophrenia after Different Drug Treatments

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes of electrocardiogram in 96 patients with schizophrenia after different drug treatments， and provide reference for clinical safe medication. Methods Ninety-six patients with psychotic schizophrenia admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Zibo from January 2016 to January 2019 were conveniently selected as subjects. They were divided into three groups， A， B and C， according to different medication regimens， 32 cases in each group. Group A was treated with amisulpride orally; group B was treated with aripiprazole orally; group C was treated with clozapine. After 8 weeks of treatment， the abnormalities of ECG before and after treatment were compared between the three groups. Results There were different degrees of ECG abnormalities in the three groups. The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram was 21.88% in group A， 28.13% in group B， and 59.38% in group C.
