[摘要] 目的 分析尿路結石患者接受体外冲击波碎石术后辅以排石汤颗粒剂的临床疗效。 方法 该次研究所选对象为方便选取2017年3月—2018年9月期间于该院门诊接受体外冲击波碎石术治疗的198例尿路结石患者，根据奇偶数法将其分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者术后辅以常规西医指导，观察组患者术后辅以排石汤颗粒剂治疗，比较两组患者临床总疗效，统计并分析各组患者中医症候评分、结石排净时长、治疗总时长差异性，对比各组不良反应情况。结果 观察组临床总疗效95.96%明显优于对照组(χ2=13.230 5，P, 百拇医药

 Therapeutic Effect of Paishi Decoction Granules on Urinary Calculi after Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy after the treatment of urinary calculi with Paishi Decoction Granules. Methods The conveniently selected subjects of this study were 198 patients with urinary calculi who underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018， and were divided into observation group and control group according to the odd-even method. The patients in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine. The patients in the observation group were treated with Paishi Decoction Granules. The total clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The TCM symptom scores， the time of stone removal， and the treatment were analyzed. The total length difference was compared and the adverse reactions of each group were compared.
