 Clinical Observation of Baiduobang Wound Disinfection Spray in Stroke Incontinence Dermatitis

 [Abstract] Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups by applying liquid dressing and Baiduobang wound disinfectant spray to the two groups of patients with incontinence dermatitis， and to explore the clinical application characteristics of the two methods. Methods Eighty patients with stroke incontinence dermatitis from October 2016 to October 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group according to random number method： 40 cases： routine nursing + liquid dressing; observation group 40 cases of routine care + Baiduobang wound disinfection spray. The clinical efficacy and wound healing time of the two groups were compared.
