 Application Effect of Desogestrel Ethinyl Estradiol in Abnormal Uterine Bleeding during Perimenographic Period

 [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effects of different treatments for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period and to explore its clinical features. Methods A total of 80 patients with peri-menopausal abnormal uterine bleeding who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group by randomized digital method： 40 patients were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate as the control group. 40 cases： treatment with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol as the observation group. The efficacy of abnormal uterine bleeding and the indicators after intervention were compared between the two groups.
