[摘要] 目的 對前列地尔联合尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效进行分析和介绍。方法 方便选择该院在2016 年1月—2018年8月期间收治的60例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象，按照患者的病历单双号将其划分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。采用前列地尔治疗对照组患者，在此基础上应用前列地尔联合尿毒清颗粒治疗观察组患者，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。 结果 在经过规范治疗后，对照组达到了56.7%的总有效率;观察组达到了80.0%的总有效率。在总有效率方面两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.572，P0.05)。结论 前列地尔联合尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾衰竭具有很好的治疗效果，可以使患者的临床症状得到有效改善，值得在临床上予以进一步推广和应用。

Therapeutic Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Urinary Clear Granules on Chronic Renal Failure

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and introduce the efficacy of alprostadil combined with uremic clear granules in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were convenient selected as subjects. According to the patient's medical record， they were divided into control group and observation group， with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with alprostadil. On the basis of this， the patients in the observation group were treated with prostaglandil combined with urinary granules. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After standard treatment， the control group achieved a total effective rate of 56.7%; the observation group achieved a total effective rate of 80.0%. There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (χ2=20.572， P0.05)， which was not statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of alprostadil and urinary clear granules in the treatment of chronic renal failure has a good therapeutic effect and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
