[摘要] 目的 探究手足口病患儿中不同口腔护理方法的效果分析。方法 方便选取手足口病口腔溃疡患儿80例，在该院于2018年1—12月进行治疗，观察组及对照组，两组各40例。取康复新液护理的是观察组，择西瓜霜喷剂加生理盐水溶液护理的是对照组。结束后对比两组口腔溃疡愈合时间及情况，且需对比口腔护理的临床效果。结果 较于对照组(5.47±1.83)d，观察组愈合时间(3.75±1.09)d较短，因此对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.107 1，P0.05);相较于对照组护理满意度31例(77.50%)，护理后观察组38例(95.00%)较优，对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.164 7，P, 百拇医药

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of different oral care methods in children with hand， foot and mouth disease. Methods 80 children with hand-foot-mouth disease oral ulcers were convenient selected and treated in our hospital from January to December 2018. The observation group and the control group， 40 cases in each group. Taking the rehabilitation of new fluid care， as the observation group， the selection of watermelon cream spray plus physiological saline solution was implemented in the control group. At the end， the time and condition of oral ulcer healing in the two groups were compared， and the clinical effects of oral care were compared. Results Compared with the control group (5.47±1.83)d， the healing time of the observation group was shorter (3.75±1.09)d， so the difference was significant(t=5.107 1，P0.05); compared with 31 cases (77.50%) of the nursing satisfaction of the control group， after nursing， 38 patients (95.00%) in the observation group were better.
