[摘要] 目的 探讨原发性面肌痉挛患者应用针灸治疗的临床效果观察。方法 方便选择2016年3月—2017年3月该院收治的原发性面肌痉挛患者100例纳入该次研究工作，参考随机数字表法进行分组，分为两组，命名为研究组与对照组，各有50例。对照组接受常规西医治疗，研究组接受针灸治疗。比较分析治疗治疗前后的生活质量评分、平均针刺次数、平均治疗时间及临床效果。 结果 研究组总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组(χ2=9.490 2，P0.05)。治疗后研究组的整体健康评分为(73.65±12.30)分。生理功能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、精神健康评分分别为(75.35±14.35)分、(69.85±11.35)分、(80.65±14.25)分、(81.35±14.60)分和(76.20±13.65)分，均高于对照组(t=4.250 6、4.926 9、4.169 1、4.838 1、4.026 3、4.915 7，P, 百拇医药

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment in patients with primary hemifacial spasm. Methods One hundred patients with primary hemifacial spasm who were admitted from March 2016 to March 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method and named as the study group and the control group. There are 50 cases each. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment and the study group received acupuncture treatment. The quality of life scores， the average number of acupunctures， the average treatment time and the clinical effects before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%， which was higher than that of the control group (χ2=9.490 2， P0.05). The overall health score of the study group after treatment was (73.65±12.30)points.
