[摘要] 目的 研究急診患者护理中应用人性化护理干预措施的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2015年9月—2017年3月期间收治的76例急诊科患者作为该次研究对象，按照就诊时间对患者进行分组，研究组(n=38)与对照组(n=38)，对照组患者行常规急诊护理对策，研究组则采取人性化护理干预，比较两组患者的护理满意度，并应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组干预前后的负面情绪进行评估。 结果 研究组非常满意23例(60.53%)，对照组非常满意17例(44.74%)，研究组护理满意度(94.74%)显著高于对照组(76.32%)(χ2=5.208 4，P=0.022 4)，研究组焦虑(30.16±2.08)分与抑郁的评分(30.24±2.02)分均低于对照组(49.06±2.13)分，(49.58±3.04)分，组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=39.134 1，32.663 5;P, http://www.100md.com

 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effects of humanized nursing interventions in emergency patient care. Methods Seventy-six emergency department patients admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to March 2017 were convenient selected as the subjects. The patients were divided according to the time of the visit： the study group (n=38) and the control group (n=38) The patients in the control group underwent routine emergency care， and the study group took humanized nursing intervention to compare the nursing satisfaction of the two groups， and applied the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) to the two groups. Negative emotions before and after intervention were assessed. Results The study group was very satisfied with 23 cases (60.53%)， and the control group was very satisfied with 17 cases (44.74%). The nursing satisfaction of the study group (94.74%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.32%)(χ2=5.208 4， P=0.022 4).
