[摘要] 超声造影是当前临床常用的一种颈动脉粥样硬化斑块诊断和评估手段，在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的诊疗中具有非常重要的应用。该文以下着重阐述和分析了颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的发病原因、超声造影对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的评估、超声造影对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块治疗效果的评估及其对治疗效果评价的局限性等。
