[摘要] 目的 研究斜仰臥位经皮肾镜碎石术效果分析。方法 方便选择2018年2月—2019年2月期间进行治疗的肾结石患者66例，均进行经皮肾镜碎石取石术，根据随机数字表法不同分为两组均33例，其中对照组采取俯卧位，研究组实施斜仰卧位，观察两组患者手术情况、结石清除率、血流动力学。结果 两组患者通道建立时间、住院时间、出血量均差异无统计学意义(t=0.217、0.380、0.278，P=0.829、0.705、0.782)，研究组不同时间血流动力学均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，研究组手术时间少于对照组(t=6.245，P=0.000)，研究组术后并发症3.03%低于对照组15.15%(χ2=8.888，P=0.003)，研究组舒适度90.91%高于对照组75.76%(P0.05)， The operation time in the study group was less than that in the control group (t=6.245， P=0.000)， postoperative complications in the study group were 3.03% lower than those in the control group 15.15%(χ2=8.888， P=0.003)， and the comfort level in the study group was 90.91%.
