[摘要] 目的 分析他克莫司乳膏與皮肤屏障修复剂相结合治疗计划实行于阴囊慢性湿疹患者临床治疗中的用药价值。方法 方便选取2017年5月—2019年9月该医院诊治64例阴囊慢性湿疹患者予以指标评估，各组区分方式选择随机双盲方式，每组32例，实验组选择他克莫司乳膏与皮肤屏障修复剂相结合治疗计划，参比组选择他克莫司乳膏治疗计划，计算用药有效合计值、用药引发不良反应合计值，评价用药之前、用药21 d之后瘙痒症状表现和皮损症状表现调查结果。结果 实验组用药有效合计值(96.88%)大于参比组计算指标(78.13%)(χ2=5.142，P=0.0230.05)，实验组用药21 d之后瘙痒症状表现和皮损症状表现调查结果(3.50±0.13)分小于参比组计算指标(4.42±0.20)分(t=21.817，P=0.0000.05)。结论 在阴囊慢性湿疹患者临床治疗中选用他克莫司乳膏与皮肤屏障修复剂相结合治疗计划展现较好用药效果。

 Clinical Evaluation of Tacrolimus Cream Combined with Skin Barrier Repair Agent for Chronic Scrotum Eczema

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of tacrolimus cream combined with skin barrier repair agents in the clinical treatment of chronic scrotal eczema patients. Methods Evaluation was performed on 64 patients with chronic scrotal eczema diagnosed and convenient selection treated in the hospital from May 2017 to September 2019. Randomized and double-blind methods were selected for each group， 32 patients were included in each group， and tacrolimus was selected for the experimental group， with the combination plan of Si cream and skin barrier repair agent， the reference group selected the tacrolimus cream treatment plan， calculated the total effective value of the drug， the total value of adverse reactions caused by the drug， and evaluated the symptoms of pruritus before and after 21 days And findings of skin symptom manifestations. Results The total effective value of the experimental group (96.88%) was greater than the calculated index of the reference group (78.13%) (χ2=5.142， P=0.023 0.05). Itching symptoms and skin lesions in the experimental group after 21 days of administration symptom manifestation survey results (3.50±0.13)points were smaller than the calculation index of the reference group (4.42±0.20)points(t=21.817， P=0.000 0.05).
