[摘要] 目的 探讨胃镜下治疗上消化道异物的效果及临床体会。方法 回顾性分析该院在2018年9月—2019年9月收治的125例上消化道异物患者，所有患者均在胃镜下治疗，观察治疗成功率及并发症情况。结果 通过对125例上消化道异物患者进行胃镜下治疗，其中成功取出异物的共123例，成功率为98.40%;取出失败的共2例，失败率为1.60%。并发症情况：黏膜损伤患者共49例，发生率为39.20%;大面积黏膜剥脱患者共1例，发生率为0.80%;穿孔患者共10例，发生率为8.00%;溃疡患者3例，发生率为2.40%，纵隔感染3例，发生率2.40%。结论 胃镜是上消化道异物安全、有效的诊治手段，治疗成功率高，发现上消化道异物后早期就诊，及时内镜下治疗可提高治疗成功率，减少并发症发生。
