[摘要] 肺癌是一种低分化的恶性肿瘤，是严重危害人们健康的一种常见疾病。肺癌患者经手术治疗后的5年生存率很低，所以现阶段临床上治疗肺癌患者的主要方法为早期诊断和筛查，早期发现和治疗能有效改善肺癌患者的5年生存率。低剂量螺旋CT(LDCT)是目前临床早期筛查肺癌的重要手段，具有辐射低、检出率高、误差小、安全性高等优点。该文主要就低剂量螺旋CT(LDCT)在早期肺癌筛查中的应用作以下综述。
