[摘要] 目的 探讨单孔胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术用于自发性气胸治疗中对患者术后并发症所产生的具体影响。方法 该研究方便选取106例自发性气胸患者作为研究对象，病例选取时间范围为2016年5月—2018年9月，以硬币法为依据作分两组处理，将其中一组称为对照组实施双孔胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术，命名另一组为研究组并实施单孔胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术，观察两组患者的治疗结局。结果 研究组患者于手术结束后发生并发症3.77%(2/53)，较对照组患者的术后并发症发生率20.75%(11/53)明显更低(χ2=7.102，P=0.008)。结论 为自发性气胸患者实施单孔胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术可有效降低其所面临的术后并发症发生风险，促使其更快康复。

 Single-hole Thoracoscopic Bullous Resection for the Treatment of Postoperative Complications in Patients with Spontaneous Pneumothorax

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the specific effects of single-hole thoracoscopic bullous resection for postoperative complications in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods Convenient selection of 106 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were cross-grouped according to the parity of the order of admission， and one group was named as the control group and the pair was implemented. Thoracoscopic endoscopic bullous resection was performed. Another group was named as the study group and a single-hole thoracoscopic bullous resection was performed. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were observed. Results Patients in the study group experienced complications after the operation3.77%(2/53)， the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group 20.75%(11/53)(χ2=7.102， P=0.008). Conclusion Single-hole thoracoscopic bullous resection for patients with spontaneous pneumothorax can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications and promote faster recovery.

 在臨床胸外科当中，自发性气胸是一种较为常见的疾病，以青年男性群体为好发人群，亦多发于患有慢性肺病的老年患者群体，除此之外，患有慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、肺结核等疾病的人群也是自发性气胸疾病的高发人群[1-2]。自发性气胸系一种临床急症，病情严重情况下可对患者的生命安全产生较大威胁，而若患者在发病后及时接受了有效治疗，其病情普遍能得到较好控制[3-4]。该研究方便选择该院2016年5月—2018年9月自发性气胸的106例患者，旨在探讨单孔胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术用于自发性气胸治疗中在降低患者手术后并发症发生情况方面的作用，现报道如下。

 1 对象与方法

 1.1 研究对象

 该研究方便选取106例自发性气胸患者作为研究对象，所有研究对象均具有气促、胸闷、胸痛、呼吸困难等临床症状，经相关检验确诊为自发性气胸，排除合并有其他脏器严重疾病、重度营养不良、麻醉药物过敏及认知、精神障碍者[2]。以硬币法为依据将全部研究对象随机分为对照组和研究组，每组各包含患者53例，对照组患者中31例为男性、22例为女性，年龄最大的59岁，年龄最小的20岁，年龄均数(38.16±7.02)岁;研究组患者中32例为男性、21例为女性，年龄最大的60岁，年龄最小的21岁，年龄均数(38.45±7.27)岁，组间资料数据值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究在伦理委员会监督、同意背景下实施，所涉及全部研究对象皆完成对知情同意书的签订且自愿参与到研究当中。, 百拇医药(马明生,王晓岩,何帆,吕向阳) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
