【摘要】目的探讨腮腺多形性腺瘤的临床特点及手术治疗效果。方法对笔者所在医院2003～2009年手术治疗的135例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结临床资料、手术方法及治疗效果。结果135例患者术后7例复发，暂时性面瘫32例，涎瘘14例，发生味觉出汗综合征23例。结论根据肿瘤发生部位及大小设计合理的手术方案，收到了较好的效果。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the clinical characteristics and surgery effect of parotid pleomorphic adenoma.MethodsTo retrospectively analyze 135 patients with parotid pleomorphic adenoma from 2003 to 2009,summarizing the clinical methods and effect.ResultsThere were 7 cases with recurrence, 31 with temporary facial paralysis, 14 with fistula of salivary gland and 23 with Frey′s syndrome.ConclusionThe reasonable operation plans was designed according to tumor before operation.It can obviously reduce the incidence of post-operative complications.
