【摘要】目的探讨特异性群体反应性抗体(Panel Reactive Antibody,PRA)对脐血CD34+细胞集落形成的影响。方法取含PRA的β地贫患儿血清，与脐血CD34+细胞、补体联合孵育，行半固体集落培养，观察其对CD34+细胞集落形成影响。结果经PRA阳性血清孵育的脐血CD34+细胞经半固体集落培养所形成的集落数下降。结论地中海贫血血清PRA对脐血CD34+细胞的集落形成能力有抑制作用，补体可增强上述作用。
