【摘要】目的观察三种临床常用的头孢菌素类药物在25 ℃的输液条件下的稳定性。方法观察三种药品pH值变化和外观变化，将24 h 0.9%氯化钠和5%葡萄糖注射液中的药品含量变化采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定。结果24 h内头孢曲松钠、头孢唑啉钠含量下降>10%，24 h内头孢他啶含量稳定。结论药液应现用现配，头孢菌素类药品尽量用氯化钠注射液配制。
