  【摘要】目的探讨重型颅脑损伤的最佳护理方法。方法120例颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例。观察组采用责任制整体护理方式，对照组采用功能制护理方式。两组治疗措施均按重型颅脑损伤治疗措施临床路径实施。结果观察组治愈出院56例，好转2例，死亡2例。结论采用责任制整体护理是目前有效的护理措施，是提高抢救成功率及患者生存质量的保证。
