【摘要】目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法通过回顾笔者所在医院诊断的30例甲状腺疾病病例，总结各种甲状腺疾病的超声图像特征，并对其相关文献资料进行复习。结果本组中共检出甲状腺腺瘤17例，结节性甲状腺肿11例，甲状腺功能亢进1例，桥本甲状腺炎1例。结论应用二维超声声像图特征，结合彩色多普勒血流参数，可以对甲状腺疾病做出较为准确的诊断。

Discussion of Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosing of Thyroid Disease XU Jing.The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,Nanjing 210011,China
【Abstract】ObjectiveTo assess the value of diagnose thyroid disease by ultrasonography.MethodsTo review thirty cases of thyroid disease by ultrasound,The characteristics of ultrasound images of thyroid disease were summarized.ResultsSeventeen were thyroid adenoma,eleven were nodular goiter,one was Hyperthyroidism,one was Hashimotos thyroiditis.ConclusionExact diagnosis was able to be made with two-dimensional sonography combining with CDFI and parameter of blood stream.
