  【摘要】目的探讨昆明地区过敏性咳嗽患儿的变应原，避免接触变应原有利于该病恢复及减少复发。方法应用生物共振技术检测50例过敏性咳嗽患儿变应原。结果过敏性咳嗽患儿变应原阳性依次为花粉、环境化学毒素、尘螨、动物皮毛、杀虫剂、西餐调料、油醋类、组胺、小麦、海鲜、真菌。结论吸入类(特别是花粉、尘螨)、环境化学毒素及食物过敏原诱导的变态反应是昆明地区过敏性咳嗽患儿重要发病因素之一，组胺是一种新发现的交感神经递质，故内源性组胺过敏可能与过敏性咳嗽患儿过度情绪激动时导致气道收缩有关。
