  【摘要】目的分析了解182株无乳链球菌的耐药情况及其感染的临床特征，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对临床各科室送检各类标本进行无乳链球菌的培养，经VITEK2全自动细菌鉴定分析仪进行鉴定和药敏试验的菌株182株采用回顾性分析。结果182株无乳链球菌药敏结果显示：对万古霉素和利奈唑烷均敏感，对青霉素、呋喃妥因敏感或中度敏感，对氯洁霉素、左旋氧氟沙星、红霉素和四环素的敏感率分别为：50.5%、89.0%、34.1%、6.6%；对四环素、红霉素和氯洁霉素的耐药率分别为：86.8%、60.4%、45.6%。临床分布以妇产科最高，菌株以泌尿生殖道分泌物标本的分离率最高，其次为呼吸道标本。结论加强对无乳链球菌的培养检测，关注无乳链球菌的耐药趋势。提高临床重视并指导临床合理用药和治疗。
