  【摘要】目的探讨孕晚期妇女宫颈分泌物携带细菌菌种的分布情况和耐药性分析。方法将笔者所在医院收治的210例孕晚期妇女,进行宫颈分泌物常规检查并进行药敏试验。结果支原体总感染率为157%,且年龄越小,支原体感染率越高。支原体对交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素、左旋氧氟沙星、司帕沙星的敏感率分别为970%、909%、879%、667%、545%。结论支原体感染严重危害孕晚期妇女健康，因此选择交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素等单用或联合用药,可使患者疗效得到显著提高。
