  【摘要】目的探讨前后路手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折临床疗效差异。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院近年来收治的65例胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者的临床资料。结果前入路组和后入路组术前脊柱后凸角比较，差异无统计学意义(P>005)；术后脊柱后凸角比较，差异有统计学意义(P005)。结论前后路手术在治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折方面，具有不同的优缺点，需要根据患者的骨折类型、损伤程度和脊髓神经症状等来选择合适手术入路。
