【摘要】目的探究核酸扩增技术在血液筛查丙肝病毒中的应用。方法对3100例ELISA抗-HCV献血者检测为阴性样本和300例抗-HCV献血者为阳性样本进行检测，分别采用ELISA和NAT进行检测。结果ELISA检测3100例抗-HCV检测为阴性的样本中有7例HCV-RNA呈阳性，阳性率为0.23%，这是HCV感染窗口期漏检的结果。300例抗-HCV检测HCV-RNA阳性率为83%。NAT检测报告表明3100例抗-HCV检测为阴性的样本中有10呈HCV-RNA例阳性，阳性率为0.32%。300例抗-HCV检测HCV-RNA阳性率为93.7%，尚有6.3%未检测出阳性样本。结论综合ELISA检测和NAT检测将有效检测出阳性血液样本，保证血液质量。
