【摘要】目的熟练掌握浅静脉套管针的穿刺技术，提高浅静脉套管针在老年患者中的穿刺成功率。方法笔者所在科对150例老年患者采用了不同静脉穿刺套管针技术，对其进行总结分析。结果应用浅静脉套管针150例次，A组穿刺成功率为85%，外渗率为13.3%；B组穿刺成功率为93%，外渗率为4.0%。结论在行浅静脉套管针穿刺期间，应严格遵守无菌操作技术，合理选择套管针，正确选择穿刺肢体和血管，熟练掌握穿刺技术，减轻患者痛苦，提高护理工作效率和质量。
