  【摘要】目的探讨重度子痫前期终止妊娠时间及方式。方法通过对笔者所在医院收治的59例重度子痫前期病例进行回顾性分析研究，观察新生儿窒息率及死亡率。结果0.05)；剖宫产组新生儿窒息率及死亡率明显低于阴道分娩组。结论重度子痫前期终止妊娠的最佳时间为34～36周；剖宫产是重度子痫前期终止妊娠的首选方式。
