  【摘要】目的探讨DR摄片与CT检查在鼻骨骨折中的临床实际应用价值。方法随机抽取成都市第六人民医院收治的147例鼻骨骨折患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果抽取病例中,86例行鼻骨DR侧位片确诊(58.50%)，其中1例行鼻骨CT检查未发现骨折；61例行CT检查确诊(41.50%)，其中3例DR片为可疑骨折。结论CT检查对诊断鼻骨骨折优于DR鼻骨侧位片，但在临床实际工作中，DR鼻骨侧位片应作为诊断鼻骨骨折首选检查项目，并须结合CT检查进行综合性分析。
