【摘要】 目的探讨超声导向药液在绝经后妇女取环中的临床价值。方法选择宫内不锈钢单环需取出的48例患者，随机将患者分为对照组和研究组，每组24例。对照组使用传统常规方法勾取节育器，而研究组则采用药液浸泡、冲洗，在超声引导下，探针定位勾取节育器。对两组病例勾取节育器一次性成功率进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比，研究组一次取出节育器成功率明显高于对照组。结论超声导向药液浸泡、冲洗可提高子宫内节育器一次性取出的成功率，同时也是预防感染、出血等并发症较为理想的方法。
