  【摘要】目的分析外科手术治疗乳腺癌的方法及临床疗效。方法选取48例手术治疗的早期乳腺癌患者为研究对象，分析其一般资料、手术方法、术后化疗方法，随访1～3年，观察临床疗效。结果所有患者均未出现局部或远处的复发和转移，乳房外观保持良好。结论乳腺癌早期保乳手术近期疗效良好，根据患者病情，严格遵照适应证选择手术方案，术后给予综合治疗是手术成功的关键。
