【摘要】目的探讨经伤椎椎弓根置钉对胸腰椎爆裂性骨折临床疗效。方法对15例爆裂性胸腰椎骨折患者采用后路经伤椎椎弓根置钉固定治疗。结果伤椎体高度基本恢复，内固定无松动。结论采用伤椎椎弓根置钉技术对胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的治疗效果满意。
