【摘要】目的通过肝转移瘤的不同超声表现大体判断原发肿瘤的部位。方法通过对284例肝转移的肿瘤患者进行肝脏部位的超声检查，然后对肝转移瘤的超声表现总结分析。结果肝内多发转移221例、肝内单发转移63例、肝内实性占位269例、肝内囊性占位15例。结论不同组织器官来源的肝转移瘤声像图有不同特征，对临床查找原发癌有一定帮助。
