【摘要】目的探讨血色病的CT表现，以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析经穿刺活检病理证实的6例血色病患者的CT表现,并结合文献,对此病的病理、临床及CT特点进行讨论。结果6例血色病病例中，CT平扫可见组织密度增高，CT值明显高于正常范围。其中，肝脏及脾密度显著增高者2例，单纯肝脏密度显著增高者4例。结论应用多层螺旋CT可清楚显示本病特点，能够明确诊断。
