【摘要】目的探讨2型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的临床特点及防治措施。方法对笔者所在医院98例2型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染患者的病原菌及临床特点进行分析。结果2型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染最常见的病原菌是大肠埃希菌，其次是表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌等；有症状组与无症状组病原菌分布比较女性感染率高于男性，无症状组例数明显高于有症状组，差异无统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者泌尿系感染发病率高，女性感染率高于男性，起病隐袭，无症状感染者多见。
