  【摘要】目的观察肠内免疫微生态营养在治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院急诊科及内二科临床确认为重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)152例患者，随机分为肠内免疫微生态营养组(EIN)76例和肠内要素营养组(EEN)76例，进行临床疗效对比。结果EIN组血清淀粉酶、LDH、内毒素较EEN组明显下降，血清白蛋白浓度明显升高，APACHEⅡ评分和Binder合并症评分EIN组较EEN组明显减低。结论EIN能加强肠道营养支持，阻止SAP疾病的发展，降低死亡率。
