【摘要】目的本文旨在评价超声心动图对完全型肺静脉异位引流(TAPVD)的诊断价值。方法对2007年8月～2010年3月经手术证实的TAPVD 20例进行分析，均有完整的超声心动图及手术资料。结果20例TAPVD术前超声正确诊断18例，准确率90%；心上型12例，占60%；心内型7例，占35%；心下型1例，占5%。2例误诊病例中，1例超声仅诊断为单纯房间隔缺损，另1例将心内型完全型肺静脉异位引流误诊为三房心。结论超声心动图检查诊断TAPVD是安全、准确无创性检查。

【Abstract】ObjectiveThe importance of diagnosis of total abnormal pulmonary venous connection (TAPVD) by echocardiography was investigated in the paper.Methods20 echocardiography cases of TAPVD from August 2007 to March 2010 were analyzed.All have complete ultrasonic cardiograms and surgical manifests.ResultsBefore the surgery,18 cases among 20 cases were accurately diagnosed.The accuracy reached 90%.There are 10 cases of upper ventricles,accounting for 60%；7 cases of inner ventricles,accounting for 35%,and one case of below ventricles,accounting for 5%.For the two misdiagnosis cases,one was misdiagnosed as pure asds by ultrasonic cardiograms,another was misdiagnosed as cortriatriatum ......
