  【摘要】目的观察盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法将102例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组，每组各51例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加予盐酸氨溴索注射液及地塞米松注射液雾化吸入。结果治疗组总有效率达9804%,明显高于对照组7844%。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化吸入佐治儿童支气管肺炎有确切疗效。
