  【摘要】目的分析儿童肺炎支原体感染的状况。方法肺炎支原体快速液体培养法、肺炎支原体抗体被动凝集法及肺炎支原体金标免疫斑点法。结果(1)873例肺炎支原体培养中，阳性221例，阳性率25.3%；金标免疫斑点检测Mp-IgM抗体611例，阳性129例，阳性率21.1%；肺炎支原体被动凝集法724例，阳性125例，阳性率17.2%，三组间无显著性差异。(2)不同年龄组Mp培养的阳性率分别为40 d~3岁占17.9%，4~7岁占26%，8~14岁占27.9%，经统计学处理无显著性差异。结论肺炎支原体的检测根据病情合理选取标本；感染率与年龄无关。
