【摘要】目的为了解血液透析患者的内心真实体验，引导护士更好地为患者提供身心护理，提高患者接受治疗的依从性和生活质量。方法用质性研究的现象学方法,深入访谈10位血透患者，进行现场录音并记录。结果将资料整理经分析、归纳、提炼出主题：相关知识缺乏、恐惧与压力、对血液透析及护士依赖性大、生存质量低。结论血透患者需要广泛而持续的心理支持，血透室护士应深入了解患者的内心深处，有针对性地进行健康教育和护理干预。

【Abstract】ObjectiveIn order to understand the real experience of hemodialysis patients,guide nurses to provide better physical and mental nursing for patients,improve therapeutic compliance and the quality of life.MethodsHave in-depth interviews with 10 hemodialysis patients which are tape-recorded and written down by using qualitative phenomenological research method.ResultsAfter analysis and induction, mention practiced theme:deficiency of knowledge about disease and health care, fear and pressure,dependence on hemodialysis and nurses,low quality of life.ConclusionHemodialysis patients need extensive and continuous psychological support，Hemodialysis room nurse should in-depth understanding of the patients heart,pointed carry on the health education and nursing intervention ......
