  【摘要】目的观察龙血竭胶囊粉治疗Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期褥疮的疗效。方法38例老年彝族患者随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组用龙血竭胶囊粉末与75%酒精调成糊状，涂抹在疮面及周围，无菌纱布覆盖，每天换药1～2次；对照组用利福平胶囊粉末同法湿敷。4周为一疗程。结果观察组有效率94.74%，对照组有效率84.21%，观察组治愈时间明显短于对照组。两组疗效、治愈时间比较差异有统计学意义。结论使用龙血竭治疗Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期褥疮简单易行、经济实惠、治疗效果好，值得临床推广应用。
