  【摘要】目的探讨传染性单核细胞增多症的早期诊断。方法对传染性单核细胞确诊病例进行回顾性研究。将传染性单核细胞增多症早期(起病5天以内)症状、体征和实验室检查结果与主要鉴别诊断疾病进行对比和统计分析、诊断试验分析。结果诊断试验组合发热、颈淋巴结肿大、咽炎/扁桃体炎(伴白色渗出物)、血象标准在诊断传染性单核细胞增多症中的灵敏度、特异度和准确度都比较理想，可作为早期诊断的依据。结论及早进行抗病毒、护肝等治疗，减少不必要的抗生素的应用，缩短病程，减少严重并发症的发生
