【摘要】目的观察胰岛素泵强化治疗住院2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选用口服降糖药或皮下注射胰岛素后血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者80例，观察住院期间采用胰岛素泵强化治疗前后，饭前、餐后、睡前血糖及凌晨3点血糖变化。结果胰岛素泵强化治疗后，餐前、餐后、睡前、凌晨3点高血糖在短期内得到控制，并稳定于良好范围内。结论胰岛素泵强化用于2型糖尿病患者，能有效地控制血糖水平，解决夜间高胰岛素风险、清晨高血糖风险，避免急性并发症，减少和延缓慢性并发症，提高生活质量。
