【摘要】目的寰椎椎动脉沟环是一种先天性畸形改变，是引起眩晕的重要因素，探讨该病的一种非外科手术治疗方法。方法利用针刀医学疗法，松解头半棘肌、头后小直肌、头后大直肌、头上斜肌的枕骨部附着点及头后大直肌、头下斜肌的第2颈椎棘突附着点及硬结条索压痛处。结果3例寰椎椎动脉沟环的眩晕患者，其中1例为全环型沟环，2例为半环型沟环，经2~3次针刀治疗均好转，随访3~11个月均未再次发作眩晕。结论针刀医学疗法不失为一种治疗寰椎椎动脉沟环性眩晕的又一较好治疗方法。

【Abstract】ObjectiveVertebral artery ditch bridge of atlas which is a congenital malformation change,acts an important factor in causing vertigo.It is here to discuss the validity of a non-surgical therapy.MethodsAcupotomology therapy,which releases semispinalis capitis muscle,rectus capitis posterior minor muscle, rectus capitis posterior major muscle,obliquus capitis superior muscle occipital attachment point and rectus capitis posterior major muscle and obliquus capitis inferior muscle of the spinous process of C2 vertebra second cervical spinous process attachment point and tenderness of the induration,were used in 3 cases.Results3 patients all have vertigo, with one of total arch and two of part-arch ......
