  【摘要】目的探讨相关文献刊载的9789例大宗病例分析，对自发性脑内出血术式选择与手术疗效相关因素进行分析、评价。方法9789例病例共入选2167例，根据条件对术式选择与手术疗效相关因素进行分组，运用两样本成组设计两样本比较的秩和检验(非正态分布的数值变量)，对术式选择与手术疗效相关因素进行统计学分析、评价。结果2167例病例近期疗效分析主要与术前GCS评分、有无瞳孔异常、出血部位、脑实质内血肿量相关。结论手术方式应个体化，手术治疗死亡率明显降低。
