【摘要】目的了解垫江县高安镇中心幼儿园水痘暴发流行情况。方法对该圆教职16人、幼儿719人进行逐个体检和流行病学调查。结果大班年级罹患率明显高于小班年级、中班年级。经个案调查，发病时间、接种史、初诊情况、疫情报告等分析，有相应的流行病学特点。结论此次水痘暴发是由于村级医疗卫生机构未及时报告疫情和未接种水痘疫苗而引起的。
