【摘要】目的探讨终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠(妊娠14~27周)引产的安全有效方法。方法对228例瘢痕子宫中期妊娠的引产方法进行回顾性对照分析,选用米非司酮促子宫颈成熟与利凡诺羊膜腔内注射联合用药的引产方法，并与单纯利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法引产作比较，观察两种引产方法的从用药到胎儿娩出的时间、软产道损伤、产后出血量、清宫情况及住院天数。结果观察组胎儿娩出时间短、软产道损伤例数少、产后出血量少及住院天数短。结论米非司酮配伍利凡诺组引产时间短，清宫率低，无软产道裂伤，住院天数缩短。
